Abstract Combining the anomalies and environmental monitoring data of early stage Beidou satellites, space radiation environment spatial/temporal distribution effect risk characteristics are analyzed, dynamic factors, such as hot plasma, high-energy electron solar proton summarized. The systematic joint for surface charging, internal single event total dose with corresponding factors is proposed. detector types, measurement parameters range engineering constraints allocated, application scientific research detection prospected.
